About Dr. Amazing-Grace Ighedo DNP, CRNA
Founder, Rise Mentorship
Amazing-Grace Ighedo, DNP, CRNA, is a mentor, educator, author and passionate advocate for transformational mentorship. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in French in 2003, she boldly shifted paths. Immigrating to the U.S. in 2009, she rose from Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to Registered Nurse (RN), and eventually to Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) graduating from an Ivy League university. Balancing marriage, motherhood, and a non-linear journey, she found her deepest calling in mentorship. Dr. Ighedo DNP, CRNA understands firsthand the life-changing power of guidance, representation, and community. She believes great preceptors do more than teach. They ignite confidence, resilience, and leadership in those they mentor. Through education, mentorship, and heart-led preceptorship, Amazing-Grace is passionate about creating a ripple effect of excellence for the next generation.
